Denise is an Associate Director in our Dispute Resolution + Litigation division. Prior to joining the firm, Denise was an executive lawyer of Bartier Perry Lawyers.

With over 20 years’ experience as a litigator, Denise has extensive experience in disputes involving the Australia Consumer Law, Corporations Act, building and construction, franchising, property and leasing, commercial contracts, professional negligence and debt recovery.

Denise has advised stakeholders regarding liquidations across a number of industries and has acted for both liquidators and their counterparties in complex claims across a number of industries.
