Nicholas commenced his legal career in 2012 as a paralegal whilst he attained his Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (Media) from Macquarie University. When he was admitted as a solicitor in 2015, Nicholas already knew that his true passion was litigation. He particularly enjoys practising in the areas of insolvency and commercial litigation, and has experience in claims ranging from insolvent trading claims to shareholder disputes.
Nicholas works with a broad range of clients, from professional service firms with extensive litigation experience, to private clients with minimal interaction with the legal system. He prides himself on his ability to assess the merits of a case at the outset of a matter, developing an appropriate strategy for achieving a cost effective and commercial outcome Nicholas approaches each matter with the tenacity and diligence needed to achieve a client’s objectives, as if it were his own dispute.
Nicholas is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia and has appeared as an advocate in:
